After only four new strips of Diary as part of Wizarduniverse’s new web design, I hafta post this final installment. The reason? I’m leaving Wizard and starting a new job at DC Comics.
I started here as an intern way back in the summer of 2003. I was going to school in Texas and eventually came back for the internship in 2005. Then, in May of 2005 (after I’d graduated) I started a full-time position in the company. And I’ve been here ever since.
I was doing the Diary strip in college as a mini-comic series and that’s why former Wizard Editor in Chief Pat McCallum asked me to do one for the Wizard site. The company has changed a TON since then and I’ve seen plenty of rad people come and go here at the company. Between the ups and downs, I wanted to try and focus in Diary on the positive things some of us here got to experience and how cool all the peope I got to work with have been. Working here really was a dream of mine since I was a little dork growing up in Oklahoma and it’s been amazing. I’ve learned way more than I ever did in college and my friends here have become my family.
So here’s the last Wizard edition of Diary:

But, yeah, genuinely, I hope you had a balls-out time reading what I’ve done in some capacity. But it’s all far from over. I’ll be doing plenty of new stuff over at Willardcomics.com.
Stay sweet, snuggle-bunnies. And thanks again.
